Something went wrong on our side.

## What it means

The request failed because of an error on our side. It was logged with its request id.

## Why it happens

- A bug or a brief outage in one of our services.

## What to do

1. Retry with backoff. With an `Idempotency-Key`, a retry never runs twice.
2. If it keeps happening, contact support with the `X-Request-Id` response header, and check [our status page](https://status.apexly.dev).
