# live_keys_need_plan

Live keys need a plan: this account is on Free.

## What it means

The account is on the Free plan without a card, and live keys (and with them live domains) need a plan. Nothing was created. Test keys always work.

## Why it happens

- The account is on Free: Free keeps you on test keys and the sandbox origin.
- An operator moved the account from a plan back to Free.

## What to do

1. Email [support@apexly.dev](mailto:support@apexly.dev) with the plan you want. Payments aren't switched on yet, so upgrades are set up by hand, the same day.
2. Keep building with a test key meanwhile; everything else works the same.
