account_suspended

What it means

An invoice has been unpaid for 14 days, so the account is suspended. API writes and dashboard changes are blocked; reads still work. Existing domains keep serving for 14 more days, then routing stops. Certificates are never deleted.

Why it happens

• The card on file expired or was declined and was not replaced.
• The invoice went to an address nobody reads.

What to do

1. Update the card on the billing page. The account is restored as soon as the invoice is paid, and every domain keeps its certificate.
2. Reads (GET) keep working meanwhile, so dashboards and status checks are unaffected.
