What it means
The request failed because of an error on our side. It was logged with its request id.
Why it happens
- A bug or a brief outage in one of our services.
What to do
- Retry with backoff. With an
Idempotency-Key, a retry never runs twice. - If it keeps happening, contact support with the
X-Request-Idresponse header, and check our status page.
