What it means

The request uses a feature the account's plan does not include. Nothing was changed.

Why it happens

• Setting a white-label host needs Growth or above.
• The 14-day trial ended and the account is back on Free.

What to do

1. Choose a plan that includes the feature on the billing page; see Limits and pricing.
2. A per-domain origin below Scale is not an error: it is ignored and the response carries a warning.
